At least some experience is required. Level of play typically falls within these descriptions:
BB: May have played varsity high school and 7 out of 10 passes go to the person intended. Understands offensive concepts and defensive positions but may be working to solidify those skills. Skill levels range from intermediate to proficient veteran.
B: Played in some organized leagues and skills are progressed beyond beginner level, or have played some school team, or volleyball club (BB level) but skills are rusty. Knows how to bump, set and spike.
