12-24 months olds: Introduce your toddler to a fun, physical learning experience through out parent participation program. Every class helps promote social awareness, gross motor skills and cognitive development. Our experiences instructors along with our puppet friends Mimi and Pepe, take you and your little one through a world of exciting physical activity. Original music is used to help develop pre-soccer skills that have your toddler learning to balance, run, kick, and play- all while having a blast! 2-3 years old: Weekly themes are presented using imagery-based games supporting ball awareness, balance, and coordination. The primary focus of this class is to develop fundamental motor skills and movements such as running, hopping, jumping. During play your child will enjoy fun dribbling and goal scoring activities to teach positive social interaction and basic skills o soccer. Each class will also include activities that highlight color, shape recognition, and letter identification. 4-5 year olds: The primary focus is to develop fundamental skills that can be applied in a game0like environment. To promote confidence with the ball, your child will be introduced to ball control, dribbling with speed, and shooting with accuracy, Emphasis will be placed on group and skill building activities such as passing to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership.

This Bootcamp is designed specifically for women looking to boost strength, burn fat, increase energy, and build confidence in a supportive, empowering environment. Participants will enjoy effective total-body workouts, accountability, and plenty of motivation—all led by Cindy Driver, a certified coach dedicated to helping women feel their best.This class is outside: please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothes/shoes. At Kids’ Test Kitchen, even the most hesitant eaters have a great time- they're encouraged to participate, and trying new foods is always their own choice. Our goal is to make kid-friendly food fun and exciting! Each class is an adventure where kids get to explore both new and familiar foods in their freshest forms. Then, they roll up their sleeves to chop, slice, peel, measure, and cook together, creating something delicious as a team. And of course, everyone gets to enjoy tasting their tasty creations! Plus, each kid leaves with a recipe card and a special ingredient or sample of their dish, so they can share what they've learned with family and friends. Kids have food allergies, but they shouldn’t miss out on the fun. Utilizing professional equipment and technology, kids will work together and learn how to use cameras, audio equipment, and editing software, while creating completely original video projects. Kids will get creative as they try their hand at various special effects techniques: building props, combining claymation and live-action video, experimenting with the potential of green screens, practicing various camera tricks, utilizing stock videos, video filters, and much more! Participants will learn how to make movies from start to finish as they plan, write, film, act in, and edit an original project together.Adventures in AnimationsExplore the wide world of stop-motion animation with CinemaKidz! Children utilize a variety of materials to build props, characters, and fantastical mini-movie sets to feature in original stop-motion animation films. Experiment with combining live action with animation, as well as effects like drawing on each frame, and utilizing green screens and stock footage. Children learn to create their own sounds and special effects to add to their shorts as they work in post-production finishing their animated shorts. Kids will explore various stop-motion and digital animation techniques, and create a variety of both 2D as well as 3D projects.

Take control of your bladder health and feel more confident in your everyday activities! This educational and movement-based workshop will introduce simple, effective exercises designed to strengthen and improve coordination of the pelvic floor and core muscles, which may help reduce urinary leakage. Participants will learn practical techniques they can incorporate into their daily routine, along with tips for using the pelvic floor during exercise, lifting, coughing, and other activities. Whether you are experiencing occasional leakage or simply want to learn more about pelvic floor health, this welcoming workshop is a great place to start. Original music is used to help develop pre-soccer skills that have your toddler learning to balance, run, kick, and play- all while having a blast! 2-3 years old: Weekly themes are presented using imagery-based games supporting ball awareness, balance, and coordination. The primary focus of this class is to develop fundamental motor skills and movements such as running, hopping, jumping. During play your child will enjoy fun dribbling and goal scoring activities to teach positive social interaction and basic skills o soccer. Each class will also include activities that highlight color, shape recognition, and letter identification. 4-5 year olds: The primary focus is to develop fundamental skills that can be applied in a game0like environment. To promote confidence with the ball, your child will be introduced to ball control, dribbling with speed, and shooting with accuracy, Emphasis will be placed on group and skill building activities such as passing to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership.

Join us for BUILD Bootcamp, a fun and energizing 8-week group fitness program. This Bootcamp is designed specifically for women looking to boost strength, burn fat, increase energy, and build confidence in a supportive, empowering environment. Participants will enjoy effective total-body workouts, accountability, and plenty of motivation—all led by Cindy Driver, a certified coach dedicated to helping women feel their best.This class is outside: please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothes/shoes. If the weather and light become an issue we will have the class at the Lunenburg Adult Activity Center.No class Monday Oct 12 due to Columbus DayCindy Driver is a Certified Fitness & Nutrition Expert and the founder of BUILD Bootcamp. After losing over 60 pounds through a regular exercise routine, simple nutrition education, and mindset changes, she made it her mission to help other women discover that lasting transformation is possible.
