Taekwondo
We are excited to partner with U.S. Taekwondo Center in Leominster to offer children, teens, and adults, an opportunity to experience Taekwondo. Check them out on Facebook
This 10-week introductory Taekwondo program is designed for beginners and students of all experience levels.Participants attend one class per week in a positive, structured, and encouraging environment. Participants will receive a Taekwondo shirt and white belt. Traditional uniforms are optional and can be purchased from the center.
Taekwondo is more than learning kicks and martial arts techniques. Through training, students can develop confidence,focus, discipline, respect, coordination, flexibility, physical fitness, and perseverance. Our goal is to help students stay active, set goals, overcome challenges, and build positive habits they can use at home, at school, and in everyday life.
