Big Feelings, Little Kids: Practical Tools for Understanding Behavior

This interactive workshop helps parents and caregivers better understand what young children may be communicating through their behavior. Participants will learn how to identify possible functions of behavior, support children through big emotions, use co-regulation, and respond to challenging moments with practical, positive strategies. The workshop includes real-life examples, opportunities for discussion, and an open Q&A so families can apply the information to situations they are experiencing at home. The program is designed with neurodivergent children in mind while remaining welcoming and beneficial for all families.

Nicole Hennessy, M.Ed., is the founder of Big Feelings, Little Kids Consulting LLC.
