Learn how to make our favorite Sweet & Savory Food Truck Foods! Menu consists of: Sweet & Savory Crepes, Grilled Sandwiches, Chowders, Mac & Cheese Bombs, Chili Dogs, Rocky Road Brownies, Breads and More! This is an 8 class series class that meets for 1.5 hours each time (12 hrs total). Kids will learn how to work with yeasts, cooking techniques like sautéing, dredging, chopping, browning, beating, blending, chiffonade etc.. making sauces, personalizing recipes & more! Groceries list, basic kitchen equipment, & zoom link will be emailed prior to class (Please check your junk folder for email). This class will require a hand or stand mixer. Siblings that work as 1 team, on 1 computer, with 1 set of ingredients are free.
