Bakers get ready to roll up your sleeves and create some delightful fancy desserts in this fun baking class! Menu consists of: French Macarons, Puff Pastry Delicacies, Fancy Pies, Pavlova's, Galette's, Cakes and More! This is an 8 class series class that meets for 1.5 hours each time (12 hrs total). Kids will learn frosting techniques, how to fold, blend, cream, grate, zest, create elegant sauces and simple syrups, rolling pin techniques & more!
