Make warm, gooey, delicious dishes perfect to enjoy in the cold weather! Menu consists of: Chicken Pot Pie, Cheesy Broccoli Soup, Poutine (French Fries with Gravy), Mac and Cheese with Béchamel Sauce, Caramel Cake, Peach Cobbler with Homemade Whipped Cream and More! This is an 8 class series that meets for 1.5 hours each time (12 hrs total), this is a combination cooking & baking class. Kids will work with heat sources and will learn frying, sautéing, chopping, peeling, kneading dough, working with yeast, how not to under/over bake/over mix/over handle baked goods, difference between a soft/hard peak, beating, mixing, folding, blending, frostings, glazes, icings and piping bags, food handling and storing. Groceries list, basic kitchen equipment, & zoom link will be emailed prior to class. This class will require a hand or stand mixer. Siblings that work as 1 team, on 1 computer, with 1 set of ingredients are free. No Class 2/16.
