Roll up your Sleeves and Get Ready to Make Kids All Time Favorite Dishes! Menu consists of: Mac & Cheese with Homemade Béchamel Sauce, Key Lime Pie, Spaghetti with Meatballs and Sauce, Whoopie Pies, Homemade Chicken Fingers with French Fries, and Chocolate Scones. Kids will work with heat sources and will learn: Dredging/ Frying/ Kneading/ Mixing/ Folding/ Proofing/ Blending, Learn about Frostings/Glazes/Icings, How not to Over Cook/Over Mix Food, Ingredient Substitutions, Knife Skills, Personalizing Recipes, and Proper Food Handling & Storage. Groceries list, basic kitchen equipment, & zoom link will be emailed prior to class. This class will require a hand or stand mixer.
