Make a Different International Dish for Your Family Dinner/Dessert Every Week! Menu consists of: Japanese Veggie Sushi and Sauces, French Macarons, Chinese Beef Lo Mein, Mexican Tres Leches Cake, Korean Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Gochujang Sauce, and German Apple Strudel. Kids will be working with heat sources and will learn Frying/ Sautéing/ Peeling/ Whipping/ Beating/ Mixing/Folding/Blending, How not to Over Cook/Over Mix Food, Ingredient Substitutions, Knife Skills, Personalizing Recipes, and Proper Food Handling & Storage. Groceries list, basic kitchen equipment, & zoom link will be emailed prior to class. This class will require a hand or stand mixer.
