Learn lifelong baking skills and make delicious desserts for your family-in your own kitchen! Menu: Chocolate Lava Cakes, Dark Chocolate Brownie Strawberry Ganache, Pots De Crème, Chocolate Cheesecake, Chocolate Pavlova with Raspberry Cream, and Salted Caramel Chocolate Pie (Pecans optional). Kids will learn: Making Pavlova, Soft/Hard Peaks, Melting Chocolate vs. Ganache, Beating/Mixing/Folding/Blending, Learning about Frostings/Glazes/Icings, How not to Over Bake/Over Mix/Over Handle baked goods, Ingredient substitutions, Personalizing Recipes, and Proper Food Handling & Storage. Groceries list, basic kitchen equipment, & zoom link will be emailed prior to class. This class will require a hand or stand mixer.
