Freedom of movement Pilates
Pilate's is a great way to strengthen and stretch all the muscles of the body. Emphasis on core strength, proper alignment, and posture. Build body awareness to take with you in your athletic practices and everyday life. Have some fun with world renowned Pilates Instructor and body conditioning expert Jennifer Hill, owner of Freedom of Movement Pilates in Lunenburg in operation for 25 years.
